Privacy notice

What this covers
This notice covers the unfairvoice.com website and its early-access form. It does not cover calls handled by an UnfairVoice receptionist; those are governed by the agreement with the business that uses it.
What we collect
- What you enter in the form: your name, business name, work email, optional phone number, type of business and what you'd like the receptionist to handle.
- That you agreed to be contacted, and when.
We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don't set cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends Google your IP address when it fetches them.
Please don't put patient or customer information in the form. We don't need it and don't want it.
How we use it
Only to contact you about UnfairVoice early access, set up a test call, and understand which kinds of businesses are interested. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Where it's stored and for how long
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database. We keep them while early access is running, and delete them on request or when they're no longer needed for that purpose.
